After Anqi Li completed her graduate study at Rhode Island School of Design, majoring in Jewellery and Metalsmith, she teaches in Nanjing Arts Institute. Her works have been exhibited for example in Bloomsbury Gallery, London, Sol Koffler Gallery, USA, and Gauguin Gallery, Beijing.
Anqi believes the materials always embody the message of culture, and the ornaments could anchor the identity of individual. By creating jewellery, she articulates the relationship between material and the body, between culture and people.
The works she made never limits in any form or style, she is willing to embrace any opportunity coming to her.
