It was reported that some eggs in the market were man-made in China recently. The work Food Grade comes from my imagination of man-made eggs, and the process of how an egg is changed from the original shape to a cube. We modify natural things for our own convenience. Eggs in cube shape would be easier to package and transport. They reveal the absurdity and the ridiculousness of modern life, and make us rethink the motivation of modifications and the results they may bring.
